| | | · ServiceBox was created to provide a forum to help improve each community and neighborhood by promoting people, interests and the activities that make each community unique. The internet started out with very broad social networking; our goal is to bring the benefits of social networking to each local community and neighborhood · ServiceBox was founded in Seattle, in 2008 by a couple of guys with the idea of bringing social networking to the community and local business level. Our goal was to provide businesses with a direct, low-cost customer networking solution that is simple to use. · ServiceBox provides free user accounts, free business accounts and free community group accounts. We provide value added packages for a monthly subscription fee. · ServiceBox was built for any size business, from the local Grocery store, to big box outlets, to the local landscaper or babysitting services. We built ServiceBox for any type of business that wants to directly interact with its local customer base. · ServiceBox was also built to help individual community members connect and develop relationships. · ServiceBox makes money by charging for upgraded business pages, advertising and additional value added features on the site. · ServiceBox was designed to be rich in features and simple to use for all users. The business pages were setup to be used by the most basic users. One of our goals was to de-mystify and minimize the technology curve so that virtually anyone could setup a business page and keep it relevant without having designers, developers and others to support them. · ServiceBox was designed to interact with most types of community groups, businesses and individuals. Additional features like the neighborhood news and marketplace were developed to provide additional value. · As employees of ServiceBox, our goal is to be an integral part of each and every community by listening to the needs and providing matching solutions. · Our ultimate goal is to provide a vehicle for each community to have better communication by developing relationships and ideas. | | | | |
